  Happy to take your money but so far not very helpful when it comes to claiming on damaged belonging. Will update good or bad on next stage. Hopefully star rating will be improved.
  
  It has been 3 weeks and after much run around and lack of communication both Insurance Company and Grace do not take responsibility for damaged belongings. We are taking to Dept of Fair Trading. You can determine whether to do business with them.
